A Crafter's Life

How About Some “Happy”?

Just a quick and perhaps silly post.

I use Amazon Photos to backup my photos and to pull photos from for blog posts. I was going through my photos to put together my next blog post about my travels when I noticed this:

The search bar states “Describe photos you’re searching for…”; so I thought I would try it and I put in the word “HAPPY” just to be silly and see the search results from my collections of photos I’ve taken over the years.

Well, here are most of the images I got that it pulled from my collection of photos and they made me smile:

Hope this post gave you a little bit of happy 🙂

  1. Hi Tierney, this post was fun and while I do not sew all of the time, I have made curtains, costumes and other little things – and so my favorite image shared was “happiness is a full bobbin” – hahah – so we can keep on sewin’

    also….

I did not know AMAZON offers cloud services for photos. That sounds pretty cool and I think they do so many things well – please keep us posted on how this service works for you. I want to make a few photos books later this year and I am wondering the best option.

    1. Thanks for your comments and I’ve been using the Amazon photo services for many years. I have the app on my phone and routinely open it and it automatically backs up any photos that it has not already backed up and then I delete them from my phone. Now I never know if they’ll have a data disaster at Amazon so if I have any super special photos I do downloaded them onto my laptop from Amazon photos and keep them on a portable hard drive. I’ve been using the service for 7+ years and it is free if you are Prime member. Unlimited photo back up and 5 G of video backup. Who knows what Amazon is doing with my photos, ha…maybe selling them but I don’t have anything I don’t care if the public sees on there 🙂
