The Funniest Quilt Concept I’ve Seen

Today I went on a fun quilt shop hop with some new quilting buddies. I will blog about that tomorrow, but for now I just wanted to quickly share the funniest quilt concept I’ve seen to date – a toilet paper roll inspired quilt:

It was in the bathroom of one of the quilt shops we stopped at and I had quilt the giggling while visiting the bathroom.

One of the blocks of the quilt even had an empty roll of toilet paper!

Very creative but alas I did not ask for the pattern (if it even exists, ha!)

  9. I was thinking 2020! myself. I’m glad they found an appropriate location for it, and I love the way that some rolls are folded with paper over and some with paper under. I think there was a long debate on Dear Abby about that some years ago.

    1. I don’t know why 2020 didn’t enter my mind – my mind must be blocking the time toilet paper was so valuable. You know in 2021 we were at a hotel and I took the extra roll of toilet paper home with me from the hotel – ha! Perhaps I shouldn’t confess that. Never thought I would be absconding with toilet paper!
